Built around Deity’s Global OneBand™ architecture, the system offers an extremely wide tuning range from 550MHz to 960MHz, allowing the same hardware to operate legally in almost any country. Using GPS-based regional awareness, the system automatically conforms to local RF rules, eliminating the need to purchase different frequency blocks for different regions.

The DIFB receiver features a large color screen, intuitive UI, and easy menu navigation controlled via a metal rotary encoder that doubles as a volume knob. With dual SMA antenna ports for true diversity reception, the DIFB maintains signal stability even in congested RF environments. It can scan for nearby THEOS transmitters and instantly pair to them, letting users monitor any active channel on set with a single button press.

The receiver includes 20 programmable frequency slots, allowing fast switching between multiple units or scene banks—ideal when monitoring multiple actors, boom feeds, or setup channels. For complete remote control, the Sidus Audio app offers wireless bulk setup, frequency coordination, preset management, and firmware updates from a smartphone or tablet.

The DIFB runs up to 17 hours on a pair of lithium AA batteries—over twice the runtime of legacy IFB units—and can also be powered via USB-C for unlimited operation. Built from a CNC-milled metal chassis and tested to survive 1-meter drops, the DIFB is rugged enough for the demands of professional field work.

The included DBTX transmitter provides the source feed for all receivers and features the same wideband tuning and ultra-reliable digital transmission.
