Description
The Deity Microphones W.Lav Micro DA5 Bundle is a subminiature omnidirectional lavalier microphone system designed for clear, natural speech reproduction in professional film and video production. With a tiny 3mm diameter mic capsule and a slim 1.2mm cable, it is visually discreet and easy to conceal in clothing or costumes, making it ideal for on-camera work where the microphone needs to remain hidden. The attached 5.9′ silicone cable is engineered to minimise rustling and handling noise, even when routed under tight-fitting garments, while the Microdot connector allows seamless integration with Microdot-equipped wireless transmitters.
This bundle includes a Microdot to TA5F adapter, enabling compatibility with Lectrosonics wireless transmitters that support servo-bias lavaliers. The electret condenser capsule features an omnidirectional polar pattern and a wide 50 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response, ensuring consistent, natural sound pickup from all directions, even if the talent turns their head. To help control wind noise and plosives, a foam windscreen is supplied, along with a Rycote Overcover Advanced and Stickies Advanced for secure, concealed mounting. A cable organiser and carrying pouch are also included, keeping your lavalier kit neat, protected, and ready for set.
