How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Please be aware that EFT payments may not reflect in our account immediately. After the payment is confirmed by our team, we’ll send you a confirmation message to ensure everything is in order.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we provide nationwide delivery services.
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times vary by location, ranging from 2-5 working days. While we often deliver faster, orders to less densely populated or non-urban areas may take longer. If you require your order urgently, please contact us directly.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Same-day delivery is not typically available. However, if you need something urgently, reach out to us, and we’ll do our utmost to accommodate you.
Can I collect an order placed online? (Click & Collect)
Should you decide to collect your order in person after placing it, please inform us as soon as possible to prevent dispatch and to ensure your order is prepared and ready for collection upon your arrival.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?
Our returns policy allows for returns or exchanges if you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective product, or one that doesn’t match the description, or simply if you change your mind. Initiations must be made within 14 days of delivery. Options include account credit, replacement, or a refund.
Initiate a return by filling out a form or email, with the item in original, undamaged condition.Returns can be courier-collected or dropped off in-store, and are followed by an inspection to confirm eligibility for credit, replacement, or refund.

While we do not offer formal product training, our team of trained sound engineers is dedicated to assisting you in achieving the best audio quality for your projects, big or small. If you have any uncertainties about using your product or have questions, we’re more than willing to offer support and provide recommendations to ensure you get the most out of your purchase.
