Sisters Working in Film & Television Affiliate
The Sound Dept has partnered with SWIFT (Sisters working in Film and Television), to actively contribute to promoting inclusivity in the industry and champion gender diversity by providing a platform for strong female technicians and cultivating positive masculinity to create an onset environment that is not only prosperous but also equal and safe for everyone. “If we are to realise SWIFT’s vision of economic advancement and equality of women in the film and TV industry, the fight and awareness on all forms of sexual harassments requires all hands on deck.
